New patients moving into the area may register by visiting the surgery. We have a large catchment area, we accept patients from Markyate, Flamstead, Studham, Redbourn, Dunstable, Caddington,Slip End, Gaddesden Row and Kensworth.

The receptionist will provide a new patient questionnaire and registration form. Please return  the completed form to the reception, along  with proof of your current  place of residence within our catchment area.

If you would like online access  to send us your repeat prescription request or book an appointment with a doctor or a nurse, please provide proof of ID and ask for your online username and password at reception.

We would recommend that patients aged 75 years and  over should annually be checked by the nurse.
